7 days notice is preferred however we can accomodate last minute bookings based upon availability

Do you offer out-of-hours services?

Yes however there is a $40 Surcharge for pickups prior to 7.00am and after 7.00pm.
We operate 7 days.

If I book a transfer from the airport, where will my driver meet me?"

Collection points differ from airport to airport.
Full details of collection location will be provided on your booking confirmation.
If all else fails, look for a bald guy chasing planes on the tarmac and waving his arms.

How many passengers can you carry?

Maximum 3 passengers.
Children must be old enough to wear a seat belt.
No babies seats sorry.
No surfboards sorry.

How will you recognise your driver and vehicle?

Our vehicle will display "The LUXE Driver" sign on the front and rear windscreans.
Your driver looks very similar to a taller Andre Agassi but with a much thinner wallet.
